Arranging your custom fields just got a whole lot friendlier. Say goodbye to typing little sort numbers — now you simply drag and drop.

• Reorder fields by hand. On the Fields page, grab a field by its handle and drag it up or down. The new order saves on its own.
• Reorder a field’s options too. Editing a field? Drag its options into exactly the order you want them to appear.
• It just sticks. Your arrangement is remembered automatically — no Save button to hunt for.

Less fiddling with numbers, more arranging things the way that makes sense to you.

Your Dashboard now opens with the one thing you don’t want to miss: a Due soon & overdue card that gathers everything coming due — or already past due — into a single, sorted list.

• Everything in one place. It looks across all your work at once — personal tasks, tasks shared with you, and every team you’re on.
• The next three days, at a glance. Anything past its due date or due within the next three days shows up, with the most urgent first.
• Clear at a glance. Each item is tagged Overdue or Due soon, so you always know what needs you right now.

• A quick badge-style field picker for editing fields inline — set values without ever leaving the list.
• Add a new field option on the fly, right when you need it.

Built-in time tracking has arrived. Start and stop a timer right from a task, jump back into recent timers from the header, and review or tidy up your time entries any time. See where your hours really go.

Found the perfect view? Keep it. Save your favorite filter-and-sort combinations as named presets and re-apply them in a click from the new Filters menu — across My Tasks, Shared Tasks, and your teams.

New sign-ups now confirm their email address, keeping accounts genuine and your workspace trustworthy. Verification links are quick, single-use, and time-limited.

We strengthened account security with sign-in monitoring, so unusual activity is easier to spot and your account stays protected. Security you don’t have to think about.

Your new home screen brings everything together. The Dashboard greets you with at-a-glance stats across your personal, shared, and team tasks — open, overdue, recently completed, and brand-new — plus a Recently Viewed list so you can pick up right where you left off.
